First up we have, Mei Qing Choi, a flat, pale, misty green stem which forms thick, broad base leaves with a rich green color. Intrigued? Oh yeah!! Unfortunately there's nothing new here, you've probably already eaten it once or twice in your life. It's common name is Baby Bok Choy!!

Endive is a member of the chicory family, which includes radicchio, escarole, frisee and curly endive. It has a crisp texture and a sweet, nutty flavor with a pleasantly mild bitterness. Bring on the bitter. :)
