What is Farmigo? And why do we use it?
We have been using an online CSA management tool called Farmigo to organize the operations of the farm. Farmigo is set up eliminates the need for invoices. Our members have an account with a balance, that is the amount of money that has been paid to the farm. Every week you receive produce, the money is withdrawn from the account. When you show a low balance it is time to send in a payment. You can pay as often and as much as you like. This way you can view your account anytime and see your history of payment and receipt. You can also set up vacation times so you don't have to pay for veggies you don't use.

Will the system tell me when I need to make a payment?
Reminder Emails are sent when your account gets below $20.   A hold will be placed on your account when you reach $0 and a notice is emailed to you.  Making a payment by the Tuesday night before will restart delivery for the following week.

Why do I have a balance?
This is money you have prepaid that will cover your boxes, which are deducted each week on the delivery day. You will be able to see your payments and the delivery charges on your account.

It won't let me click on "Go to next step" or "Continue" -- the button is there, but it's grayed back. Why is that?
This only happens in steps where you are required to select something. For example, you must select a share in Step 1 "Choose Share" in order to progress to step 2, "Add Options" (you can always go back and edit your selection later if needed). Other steps requiring action before continuing are Step 3 "Select Pick-up Site" (you must select an Available Location), and Step 6 (you must check the box "I have read and accept farm policy...") Reading the policy letter will forwarn you of things which are GREAT to know about in advance.

How does the map part of "Choose your pick-up site" work?
The map pinpoints each of our pick-up sites. It is a standard Google map; you can enter a zip code to find pick-up sites in that area, then zoom in if you like. Click on any 'pin' on the map and it will name the site, give you a description of its location... and even allow you to select it as your location, if you like.

The pick-up site I want is not on the available locations list. What do I do?
You will need to choose a site from the available locations list. However, please also choose the site you really want from the "Wait List Locations" list. This lets us know that there is additional interest for picking up in that area, and we can then look into opening a second site in the vicinity.

Payment security and privacy: is this site secure for processing payments?
In partnership with Farmigo, the farm has taken precautions to ensure your payments are completely secure.  Farmigo has implemented something called Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS ensures communication across the Internet prevents eavesdropping, tampering, and message forgery. TLS provides endpoint authentication and communications confidentiality over the Internet using cryptography

How can I log out?
Clicking the “welcome (your name)” in the upper right and closing the window will log you out.

I have money left on my Farmigo account. How do I get that back?
Unfortunately, there is a no refund policy. Therefore, please only put as much money as you are going to need.

I still have questions. Who should I contact?
Please contact our CSA coordinator at mail@lovorganicfarm.com.
