Tall Utah, Celery. Noted for its crispy stalks that can grow to a foot long!!! We've got some growing to do but we're off to a roaring start.

This is a legit storm. We've got thunder and lightning, we've got flooded roads!! Gird your loins, ya'll. 🙃

From their humble beginnings in perlite, these peppers and tomatoes will continue to have the safety of the greenhouse until they get transplanted out in the fields. 

We will have so many peppers and tomatoes.

We couldn't be happier with the spinach. It's looking so good.

Olivia, Nathan, Suvetar Karhu, Jim and, Crosby spent the latter half of the

morning weeding radishes and spinach. 

They spent the first part of the morning transplanting lettuce.
