The roots on these onions are tiny and all intertwined within each other. The plan was to take them apart one by one out in the field but that was proving to be inefficient and too time consuming. So, Jim choose to have a team in the greenhouse untangling the roots. With some teamwork and some determination the onion mission is now complete. :)
