This is Savoy Cabbage.

Here is a fun fact for you about Savoy: it does not turn into mush when cooked. 😮 It has the same flavor and appearance as regular cabbage when cooked but retains a firm texture. Awesome!

There will be CORN at tomorrow's farmers' market, SLO in the Madonna Plaza from 8- 10:30.
