The best way to eat Kohlrabi is raw, as in a slaw. Check out this Kolhrabi Slaw.

 The buds on the purple beans are swelling! They will open and hopefully produce their first flower over the weekend!

Remember those prepared beds? Well, this that what's going in them. We are going to have cauliflower, kohlrabi, escarole, frisee and lettuce.

And! We got an inch and half of rain! Everything is looking green and vibrant. Unfortunately, the strawberries took the biggest blow. Since the rain was constant the berries never had time to dry thus leading to diseases such as rot, mold and mildew.
