Here we've sowed some winter squashes. 

We've covered each with a plastic cup and rock.

 Each cup provides a greenhouse effect. 

Here they can germinate safely and efficiently.

Here we have a King Snake skin, snakes shed their skin to allow for further growth and to remove parasites that may have attached to their old skin.

Nature continues to astound me, how does a tiny plant hold so many peppers???

These peppers are Anaheims and with their mild, sweet flavor they are sure to make their way into your kitchen this summer.

We've begun planting a new field.

We are picking upwards of 15 trays of berries!

Each bed can take around 30 minutes to pick.

Therefore, depending on the size of the team, a team of 4 can pick 16 trays in 2 hours.
