Diplomat is an Galia Melon with sweet aromatic green flesh. Galia Melons are much more juicy and flavorsome than Honeydews. Galia melons are ripe when the skin becomes yellowish and the fruit gives off an aromatic fragrance.

Broccoli heads and Chinese Broccoli. Make sure to eat all parts of the plant, the stem can be particularly delicious. And the leaves too.

Did you know there are actually massive greens that broccoli heads spring from?

I'll admit they look intimidating, but they cook down deliciously just like any other green.

They are quite eye catching with their attractive flowers and pods (sometimes they are planted simply for their ornamental value) 😮

Bean pods are large and contain beans that are a beautiful pink when young and turn to a dark violet to black speckled with age.
